This classification of the incidence in 1997–2015 yielded five types of the nosological profiles. These types vary by years, which is associated with the dependence of the incidence on climatic conditions in each specific year and on extent of deratization and preventive measures. The results obtained can be used to forecast potential epidemiological outbreaks and to develop targeted and appropriate for each region measures. </p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>mathematical-cartographic modeling</kwd><kwd>typological classification</kwd><kwd>emerging and re-emerging diseases</kwd><kwd>nosological profiles</kwd><kwd>dynamics of incidence</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The study was supported by the grants of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (projects №18-05-00236 and 18-05-60037).</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Ayvazyan S.A., Yenyukov I.S., Meshalkin L.D.
